Lionel Adendorf M.Inst.D
Managing Partner

With more than 20 years’ experience in the private and public sector, Lionel is an expert on corporate governance and business integrity and ethics.
He is a certified with the US-based Ethics Initiative as a Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance and is also a member of the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Risk Management SA and the Compliance Institute of SA.
As a qualified journalist and brand reputation professional, Lionel combines his passion for reputation management with business integrity and approaches compliance from the perspective of both the employer and employee.
Passionate about whistleblowing and its many benefits, Lionel, who is also a whistleblower and one of South Africa’s foremost anti-corruption advocates, understand the value of a strong and sustainable business ethics and compliance culture and knows how to ensure it.
